Is it just me ,or does Roy look much stronger at 175 now. His body looks like its naturally 175 again.

He weighed in at close to 200 pounds for the Ruiz fight in March 2003 and had to drop back down to 175 for the Tarver fight which was November of 2004 and for the next couple of fights at that weight ,he didnt look very strong. He looked like he was drained and had no strength.

He weighted something like 191 at the fight time in Ruiz fight.

So he dropped 25 pounds of muscle . Thats a lot of weight loss when your already a solid 200.

I think he has had enough time for his body to re-adjust back to the 175 pound weight now.

We'll see when he steps up the level in competetion

he unoffically weighed 199- 200 the day of the fight against ruiz, this was mentioned many times after the fight. either way, he beat ruiz and it doesnt matter what he weighed because it was solid muscle and he still had to lose it. His body looks healthy again but he has always looked strong. He looks like his body could of been a little firmer against hanshaw around the midsection and lower back. Maybe this means he can compete with the supermiddles again.
