    CARSON, Calif. - The media covering the Paul Williams-Antonio Margarito WBO welterweight title fight had a varied opinion on the outcome:

    Margarito did block alot of shots, but between the slapping sound of Williams punches and his jabs and hooks that knocked down Antonios Gloves throughout the fight, you have to give it to Williams, just for the simple fact Margarito didnt even throw back after he blocked all those shots.

    I think if Tony woulda picked the punches off, then throw and land some of his own punches like he did late in the fight, then and only then could you give more rounds to Tony, but the guy just wouldnt start throwing consisitantly until after round 5 or 6. And when he would throw and get active, it actually became a fight in Margaritos favor.

    Tony needs a shot of adrenaline before a fight, cause he comes out looking like he's half asleep an ****.

      wow....they must have scored the Gatti fight by accident....(taking nothing from Gatti love the man)

      but Williams totally dominated the fight...idk man...idk what fight they were watching...

        It wasn't total domination on my card but it was a clear win for Williams. He manned up in the 12 th to seal it 7-5.
