Why doesnt HBO own the rights to TRINIDAD-HOPKINS???

They can only show pictures. Somebody else owns the rights to the fight and i guess isnt letting HBO use it???

HOPKINS's GREATEST HITS, on HBO Demand, did not include the Trinidad fight. Trinidad is probably Hopkins's GREATEST hit. Instead they are calling TARVER-HOPKINS the most crowd pleasing performance by Hopkins

And in the Countdown, they only could show pictures.

Anybody know WHO owns the rights and why they arent showing the fight ever?

Considering it was aired on HBO, I'd be shocked if they didn't own the rights.

I didn't see the countdown, but they only showed pictures?

    Very odd, indeed.

HBO are ****** that they don't own the rights to most of their fights, I'm sure they'd make a lot money selling them on DVD's with Fighters/Trainner commentaries etc. It wouldn't be hard to put together special Features etc.
But NO HBO don't give a ****, there happy to let the blackmarket run wild.

Well the Trinidad fight wasn't all that crowd pleasing neither. Infact I think Tito's ringwalk was the most exciting part of the entire fight.
