Did he really? Hearns power didn't seem to phase the elite-soldier known as Marvin Hagler one bit. Marvin Hagler ****d Hearns in the ring. Maybe when Hearns knocked out weak boxers made it seem like he had power, but he is no marvin hagler. Marvin Hagler ****d him in the ring

You just need to watch round 11 to answer that question.

Tony did great - but i can name the reason he failed to win. Tony banked on his body attacks to **** up Williams in the later rounds. If you get to watch the fight again, check out Margarito's constant body attacks which were in honesty hurting Williams.

The only problem was that this did not bring down Williams enough, it did not take his movement away as much..and as early as Margarito had hoped. It wasn't until late, late on into the fight did his body shots start to pay off. By then, Margarito was behind.

It was a classic game plan and one that was likely of working. But it didn't.

I call for a rematch - although i agree Williams won (and i'm a big Margarito fan). Tony did good, and landed the harder shots...but he was busy enough and he wasn't aggressive enough. Williams did work harder and kept pinching the rounds... i'm not suprised that Tony was upset at the end of the fight. I can see why he might have felt he had just pipped the victory.

Hagler was a bad match for Hearns, too big and too strong and Hearns made the mistake of trying to go toe-to-toe with the bigger stronger guy. Hearns absolutely wrecked Duran though.

If that was directed at me, I wasn't talking about the 11th round, and he landed more head shots than anything in the 11th, I was talking about the first 6 rounds and most of the fight.

I think margarito landed the hardest shot, but williams mixes his power shots with weaker shots, williams was only hurt in the 11rd I never saw his knees buckley or really wobble, that was more of williams being of balanced, the body shots never hurt williams that bad, or he was just acting like they didnt hurt.

So your saying that Marg or Williams comes close to Hearns in power? Don't be a ****ing idiot. Hagler is on a different level than either one of those guys. Hearns could KO either one of those guys. You become more and more of a joke everyday.

Hearns heavily effect Hagler. Especially the cut on his mug. Hagler was just ill tough. Your saying Duran was a weak fighter ?
