margarito fans be proud of your fighter

i know margarito is always getting hate and never the respect he deserves but keep your head high. margarito fought williams a fighter that everyone in the welterweight division is ducking. margarito was a true warrior with mexican blood in his veins and that is why he faced the guy no one else wanted to fight. he could have avoided williams like everyone else but he would be a hypocrit and coward like mayweather if he did that. he could have dropped the belt and went straight for cotto but that is the way of the coward and not the warrior. margarito should get respect.

even though they say he lost the fight margarito is the one who landed the damaging punches and rocked williams many times. also williams lied and ran like a coward from the mexican bad ass and when margarito got close he hugged him to death because he feared margaritos power.

so if your a fan of margarito be proud because he fought like a warrior and was robbed blind by terrible judging. the worst he should have got was a draw but i think he did enough to win the fight.

Margarito has been exposed, there is nothing at all to be proud of, I mean at all, he didn't even try his best and his skill and speed is definitely sub-par.. There was nothing that he could of done short of going hog wild to win this fight(which he didn't do), as he basically sucks ass. Williams beat him clearly..

That's going a little too far. Margarito showed that he is an elite welterweight. A fundamentally sound boxer, and his experience shows. He was hurting Williams with those body shots. However, Paul Williams physical attributes were just a little too much to overcome despite all the damage he was able to muster. The knock from me is that he hurt his cause whining after the fight. Nobody likes a sore loser. He almost had another fan.

I'm black, so nobody better say I'm giving Marg undue credit based on ethnicity.

Margarito was overrated. He would never beat the real top 3 welterweights as slow as he is. He won 4 rounds in that fight. He couldn't handle Paul's speed, footwork, or reach advantage. Then he whined like a ***** when he lost. You caught a lot of punches with your face Margarito. Good job lmflyao.

So much for a Tijuana Tornado...

I give Margarito credit for taking the fight. It was a dangerous fight to take when there was a big payday in sight. I feel like he gave a great effort and like Haglerwins said the physical attributes were just too much.

The thing I don't like is that some are calling Williams way of fighting cowardly. He threw over 1000 punches, jesus christ what else do you want. Yeah he hugged his fare share of times, but so did Margartio. Williams used his abilities to win the fight. Margarito has heart and courage, but his abilities don't match up with Williams as that fight showed.

STFU, He fought Williams because he was his mandatory and didn't want to be stripped of his belt but guess what Williams just took it from him anyway.

                  Now go away.

Just be proud of both fighters, williams took some good body and head shots and still fired back, margarito fought the most akward welterweight, and did his best.
