i see williams by decision over cotto.
cottos a little welter with a 66" reach. i'm still not convinced cottos brought his power up to welter.see him being game at welter but not getting pass any of the top five.
still feel theres to0 much hype behind cotto.

theres a lot to work with in williams. he's young and still learning. when he gets someone in his corner that shows him some defense this guy can reign at welter. BUT how long will he be able to stay at welter???

I like Cotto but I'm not impressed with his chin, I like PWill but I'm not impressed with his body, and Cotto seems to keep energy throughout the fight whereas when PWill was hit to the body repeatedly he began to slow down in the latter rounds, but due to his length and continous jabs I'm going to say a draw right now lol.

Cotto would hurt Williams to the body if he had the chance. Cotto's way of thinking is kill the body and the head will die. That is the way to go with most fighters.

I agree though, how the hell is Cotto going to get inside when Williams is so lanky and throws so many punches? It would be really tough for him.

Williams becuase Cotto will be at the end of the jab all night. He's just too small. And Cotto can't hurt Williams upstairs. And Williams took some tough body shots and kept coming. And he also moves well. I just think Cotto is too small to do any damage.

Williams went to sleep last for about 4 rounds last night and let Margarito back in to a fight he was easily winning. If he does that against Cotto he will be punished.

Williams isn't going to KO cotto and he'll eventually slow down like he did against Margarito. Cotto works the body very well and has faster hands than Margarito. I see Cotto winning by late KO.

marg beat williams body and it worked but this williams took it better than most.
i'm a williams believer now. he's been tested.
and he's going to get better.

Huggers can't beat Cotto, so Cotto wins. Did you see zab judah's tactics as he was hugging and running? What happened to him? And when ever zab judah hugged, cotto still kept throwing.
