I watched in sparingly and will check out the whole thing later, but my favorite part was when Bernard was talking about how Winky took he's seconds with Taylor and Trinidad. Then also talking **** about Trinidad giving tips to Winky.

Did I hear Dan Birmingham call Hopkins "an old f***" ? that dude has some serious issues. I know he's a trainer, but he's ridiculous sometimes.

I really liked this countdown, and I felt that HBO did the right thing and was not misleading any potential buyers of this PPV by marketing it as some sort of slugfest, (maybe they learned their lesson from PBF-DeLaHoya) but instead they stressed the chess aspect of the fight and are trying to sell it to fight fans who appreciate a good, highly skilled match of a couple of fighters who know all the subtle nuances of the technical fight game.

lol only thing I don't like is anytime either of these two have a countdown they always have to do the backstory of how Hopkins was in prison, and how Winky and Birmingham have this amazing father-son relationship, the first 5-10 minutes where the same as any other countdown for these two, it was well put together you can see the production took a page out of the PBF-DLH 24/7, they never showed them have personal time on the countdowns, like when Winkys fatass was eating Krispy Kream lol.

Yeah it was pretty good.

I'm picking Wink, but the logic is that when Nard stops to fight he's going to get tagged because going toe to toe with Wright is idiotic.

I will say if Nard fights like his typical self, uses angles and does in fact force Wink to chase him around he stands a good chance at winning that fight.

Apparently he's adamant about forcing Wright to fight his fight.........and everyone knows Wright wants to go toe to toe with people because that's where he's the strongest. Just blocking and countering with ease.
