Arguello, Chavez, Duran, Monzon, and Trinidad would be my top 5 (in no particular order) out of that group. Wilfred Benitez would definitely be in my top 5 though.

Nope, I didn't. I wanted to post 15 on the poll, including Sanchez and Gomez, but the poll limit is 10. Sanchez wound-up on the 'cutting room floor' because his career was interrupted by accidental death. Gomez missed it because the posted 10 were more compelling figures. But yes, those fellows deserve honorable mention.
