They've started playing all the big fights in restaurants and bars now in Victoria and i've seen posters of upcoming fights around town i think the sports making a comeback though boxing never left we've just had competitors

You know, the first good attention I've seen paid to boxing here in English Canada in years was Steve Molitor's fight last night. It was a lead story on the sportspages and the sports newscasts today. Even CBC, which usually ignores boxing, had a good story on it.

Molitor didn't disappoint - performances like that are just what we need to re-establish boxing in English Canada.
