One thing I hate about boxing is that when a guy dominates 5 rounds straight, as soon as the other guy has a halfway decent round, the judges give him the round just because they see something different. It's pathetic really, but that's the way they do it. No judge wants to give a guy 6 rounds straight unless it's completely obvious like Mayweather-Baldomir. Margarito only won the rounds where Paul didn't box AT ALL. He won rounds 7, 8, and 11. If Paul boxes, he wins a shutout.

I'm surprised some people are giving anything to Magarita before the 6th - I couldn't see anything apart from WIllams shutout upto that point.

At best it was 8-4, but you could easily make a case for 9-3. It was a pretty easy fight to judge I thought.

Are you really surprised that a guy like Margarito thinks boxing matches are won by doing the most damage? I mean look at this style for crying out loud. well if you havent notice i called boxing and not KO.

If it was a different sport with a rule a person stays in the ring intell one of them get KOed then i would say it Margarito may win. or maybe not due stamina.

But the main art of boxing is to hit and not been hit and if you think fighter could keep up like that then at one weightclass you would be suprised that you power is no use there and that you where beating up people who are smaller then you.

THat what happen to both Margarito and Castillo. Margarito found someone who is bigger than him and Castillo is the same.

But if you seen how many weightclass Mayweather won titles then its enough to shut many people up.

I know your backing your boy and that's cool and all, but honestly how did you see Marg winning that fight. I could maybe see a draw, but not Margarito winning. He just got outworked the physical advantages and abilities of Williams were just too much for Margaritio to handle.
