Margarito/Williams: WHO WON THE FIGHT??

margarito really picked it up in the later rounds but i still think it was a williams fight

most people had it 115-113

and i woulda given him the 3rd round

because i dont think someone should be allowed to get rocked and throw slaps to win a fight

Only a hophead would have Marg winning. He had his chances and it was oin the table in the 12th. he gassed and Williams outgutted him. 7-5 PWill...end of story.

But I was just pissed at the round differential. That was ridiculous.

All Paul did was back up and throw ridiculous blocked jab after jab. Some of the scores I read were just ****ing ****** and way off.

It's hilarious that the poll is 20-0 Williams. That means either that the Tony nuthuggers accepted Williams won (which is funny as hell cuz they are the biggest **** talkers ever) or that they are so embarassed and pissed off that they haven't even logged on to BoxingScene.

theres no way anybody could score the fight in margarito's favor. being generous, you could give him only 6 rounds. but theres no way IMO he won more than 5 rounds.

Marg didn't win the last round he was dominated in the last round and I clearly thought Williams won. Marg looked good for some rounds but didn't work enough, only like 3 or 4 rounds he won IMO.

I also had Marg in the third. I had him winning 3, 6, 7, 8, 11...just short. He's another of those guys needs 15. Williams though just faced his first REAL guy...I think this kid is SPECIAL.

I felt Margarito was making a comeback in the later rounds and had a huge 11th, but he slowed down in the 12th and let Williams win that round and the fight. I had it 7 rds to 5 for Williams.
