Roy looked entertaining but too flat footed. He's looking like a bigger version of Winky Wright...at least he's covering up. But Wink jabs to death his opponents. Roy needs to adopt a jab BADLY...then he will be a HUGE force...if not...he better be careful of stepping it up to someone like Glen, Woods, etc.

But Tito will get crushed either way.

I have never understood why Roy hasn't adapted a jab by now. I know early on he was able to out speed everybody, but know a jab is just what the doctor ordered.

See, why I think is because he's a mobile slugger like SRR. That's what I think of him as........not a pure boxer. He's a fast as hell ultra fighter.

neither one of them were jabbers per say and would rather find a way to get the other guy out of there quickly (obviously it didn't work out like that) but that's their style. Roy definitely had as much power as SRR though.

I haven't seen or read any posts in the thread but someone has to post a gif of Roy landing that three piece combo that sent Hanshaw to the canvas. It was a triple left that was fast in slow motion.

Roy was never hurt and it seemed he could hurt hanshaw at any time he wanted too. i thought roy could of let his hands go alot more but it was a decent performance and definenetly won the fight on accuracy and defense.

I would like for Roy to try and avenge his KO to Glenn Johnson, and then Joe Calzaghe, I think either one of those would be a good fight.

I see some of you guys on here hating on Roy Jones Jr and thas wrong, personally I didn't get to see the fight but damn Roy must've ****ed him up pretty bad like the way that.. YA'LL MUST'VE FORGOT!! I never doubted Jones Jr and I'm happy he didn't let me down, I literally went crazy when I heard Roy dominated Hanshaw, an undefeated YOUNG AND HUNGRY prospect who would've KO'ed any other fighter, he beat Jean Pal Mendy and was considered to be the next big thing until my man Jones schooled him, I like how Roy said "I could've knocked him out but thats not why I fight for", goes to show you what boxing is all about because this is an ALL TIME great here and living legend for boxing saying he would rather go the distance and play with you..

Roy Jones Jr never lost his touch to me he just lost his edge for a quick second, beating Hanshaw is undeniable proof that Roy was just at an off point, he went from losing in a bad knockout to 2 fighters who quite frankly I felt caught Jones at his most vulnerable point (Tarver after the drastic weight loss and lack of interest for the fight and Johnson from left over clout from his Tarver loss) and Jones himself didn't look the same in either fight including the third Tarver fight... now he comes and beats this undefeated kid after clearly re-motivating himself and looks GREAT doing it. like the Jones of old so that goes to show you something was inside of him tonight that wasn't in him in the Tarver and Johnson fights..

Woods is not as aggressive as Glen, or as mean. Also, Woods just beat Glen and has the belt.

However, Glen has the big win over Roy so roy would get BIG credit to avenge that...but he can't do it unless he uses a JAB.

Roy have some techincal skils not only speed if you heard him commetates you know he knows his stuff.
