Hanshaw fails to make weight!

Roy Jones Jr. weighed in at 175 for his light heavyweight title showdown against Anthony Hanshaw at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, Mississippi. Hanshaw first weighed 176, then 175.25. He has 30 minutes to lose the last quarter pound.

I can't understand why comin from 168 to 175 he would fail to make weight...Spinks did the same damn thing vs Taylor. It's like these guys just get so happy about moving up they don't control themselves at all...I don't know.
