Oscar interview on Mike and Mike, mentions Hatton.

    The interview is here: http://espnradio.espn.go.com/espnrad...Id=mikeandmike

Interesting he only mentioned Hatton's name. He said he can still make 147 easy. He said Hatton is a guy who would stay in front of him, and he likes that.

Also had some thoughts on the state of boxing. Good interview.

Thats why I say that Oscar is a flat out punk. The whole year before the Floyd fight, Oscar was talking about going down to 147 and how easy he could make it but once he decided on Floyd he wanted it at 154 so he could have a huge advantage among other things. I told everyone not to be shocked to see Oscar still come back at 147 and to me if he does that then he's a punk. He'll fight all those other guys at 147 but for Floyd he wanted it at 154 because he knew thats the only chance he had

Oscar said that because he wants to draw Hatton away from a fight with Mayweather and have Mayweather fight Mosley.

Boohoo. Oscar was the draw and rightfully used whatever advantage he could get.

and you think thats being a man? He's always the draw but that doesnt mean you have to be a punk and try to make everything in your favor so it would be nearly impossible for the other guy to win. All that and he still lost.

Not to be picky, but he did hold the WBC light-middleweight championship at the time, im sure mayweather would of been excited to win to become a 5 weight world champion.

Now that is true and thats why I think Floyd wasnt upset much. Also for a Oscar fight I really do believe that Floyd wouldve did anything including fight him at 160. Still though, it just upsets me that Oscar spent the whole time after the Mayorga fight saying that he was going down to 147 but then makes Floyd fight him at 154 and then starts talking about fighting guys like Hatton & Cotto at 147

He did say at the end of the interview he would have to chop of his leg to make the weight, so pinch of salt

is as simple as this, mayweather shouldn't of accepted the fight....but he did and he knew oscar had the advantage
