And Roy is old and got KTFO. Lmflyao. Floyd has 24 KO's in 38 fights and he doesn't have power. How does he fight like a *****?
24 stoppages in 38 fights...they were not all KO's. He does not hit hard, not even close to Roy p4p in power. He fights like a ***** when he promises a war "toe-to-toe" I believe were the words...and instead fights the way he actually did vs Oscar. He knew he couldn't stand in there.

He had fights vs lesser quality fighters that were much more impressive.

Floyd is retired. He will be forgotten now. But if he sticks around as long as Roy did, you will see him lose also. You need to humble yourself quickly.

Castillo is a good fighter along with Corrales. Floyd was talking toe-to-toe just to promote the fight. You can't believe everything a fighter says when he is promoting a fight. Mayorga said he was gonna kill DLH lol. Floyd won't be forgotten. He may lose but he'll never be layed out like Jones. Hopkins has never been layed out...

Answer the Question!! How many great fighters in the history of boxing are runners?

Mayorga backed up his words by trying to KO DLH.

            You can't predict the future.

And sure, Hopkins definitely won't get KO'd by a flat Tarver or by Winky Wright...but let's see him go to heavyweight at 200 lbs, come back down to 175 to fight Kessler or Calzaghe and see how he does. Then you may have a point.

****** ass its called boxing and moving. If u want to see running look at Andre Dirrell's last fight. You can't beat top competition running your whole career. Pernell, Bernard, and Floyd are all good defensive boxers.

Your on drugs if you really thought Floyd was gonna stand with a 154 pounder(who has been there for many years) when his best weight is probably 140. When they asked Floyd straight up(when he wasn't runnin his mouth) he said he would win the fight. Its not my fault Roy got KTFO.

Seriously stop all the insults. I'm on drugs for what exactly? We can discuss this like grown ups. The point is, Floyd should have never said it (in my opinion, obviously) if he had no intention of backing it up. Roy has nothing to do with Floyd and Oscar's fight.

Jones and Mayweather are both two great fighters.

But a Jones' fan picking on Mayweather's opposition is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever read on these boards.

It might not have been Jones' fault, but there were many big fights which did not materialize, while Jones was fighting his mandatories.
