      If you see him train he looks like a beast, his speed and power on the pads are outstanding.

          I've only seen him fight once, against some undefeated russian guy who was giving him hell, the fight was stopped due to a cut and mitchell was given the tko win, despite the fact that it was caused by a clash of heads.
