It was just too hot and Ali got in Foreman's head, happens and I think that Foreman would have beat Ali in a rematch.

But on the other hand, Sulaiman is a crook so who knows.

He's the WBC president, the WBC was sanctioning the fight, they gave him a drug test which didn't have anything. So of course he would know.
