So what you mean is other fighters could beat him in other divisions, like if he had a fight with wlad? Of course other fighters in other divisions would beat him but i dnt see anyone around his weight being able to beat him.

No, what I mean is that he isnt unbeatable. If he was on a bad day and fought a few other fighters on their good days, he isnt SO MUCH better than everyone else that he could take them. But Joe doesnt fight on his bad day very often, so he would be favourite against any of them.
