you made a thread a couple of days ago with a link for an interview, and on that page it had a bunch of different ones.

I can't find it though could you post a link to that page?

Mesi's baby steps (no pun intended) are beginning to annoy the hell out of me. He fought 6 times already. Take a serious fight or get out of the kitchen. There is Rahman, Briggs, Ruiz, Byrd, Chambers, Areola, Brock, etc, etc, and who the hell does he fight?

The problem is no one wants to fight Mesi. It would require these other guys to have to take a chance on a fighter who isn't in the top 10 and won't increase their ranking, but he's still dangerous. It's a no-win situation as far as getting them a title shot.

not that this fight is anything and the fact that it's a heavyweight fight, but it might actually have moments of decent action. mesi and minto both throw leather and both go forward. as much as i dislike heavyweight fights for a fight above 200 this one might actually look like a scrap............

i'm not saying that it's the most competitive or highly skilled kind of fight but it ought to have some excitement value.............. it has more of a chance then 95% of the other match ups out there in the HW division..........

I would like to see this fight. I think Messi would get the "W" but at least he'd have to work for it.

This a great matchup between two fringe contenders who want to step up their careers to the next level and has the potential to be a very entertaining, do I dare say classic, hw fight. Although both fighters aren’t the most technical of boxers, they both have a fast paced brawler like style that is very fan friendly.

For Mesi, this fight is a huge step up in competition and will be a good test to see how he does against an opponent like Minto, who's in their to win and has the game to back it up. An exciting win over Minto will likely get Mesi ranked by one of the governing bodies and hopefully will enable him to get better opponents and get his ban ‘lifted in NY, Nevada, and NJ.

For Minto, this fight would be huge ‘stepping stone’ for his career and would further his case as a credible contender. This fight is very risky for Brian because Mesi is a very determined and capable opponent whose job will be to KO him; unlike Krasniqi who fought very cautiously enroute to a UD.

In any event, this fight should really be a ‘barn burner’ in that, both fighters are very hungry and determined to win big with styles that allow for brawling type fights. I hope for hw fans sake, that this fight is televised via ESPN, VS, or maybe even HBO….

This has a great Versus main event written all over it if they don't **** it up and make a ridiculous $30 PPV for it.

This could be an ESPN or HBO BAD card. If it's a ppv I'll still buy it...
