Fighting in Vegas is good neutral territory, whereas fighting a mexican in LA is definately hostile territory. Same with Maliganaggi/Cotto in NY.

Why do these 2 bums act like they call the shots? If u want to show how truly good of a fighter u are come to AMERICA!! fighting bums doesnt prove anything. if hatton and joe were to retire I would soon forget them they havent acomplised anything.

its not uncommon for a fighter to not want to leave their comfort zone. Hell gatti always fights in atlantic city and cotto in ny. have to look @ it from their point of view also technically they are the champions so why should they have to come across, normally challengers are the ones required to do that? They should really want to come to america though cause this is where the money is

The worst job by a promoter in a while. He fights the fight of his life, gets offered a nice contract with HBO. Then he fights Manfredo and Bika? Now HBO wants no part of him. They cant get a deal with Kessler, and hes headed for another "tune-up" on Showtime in the fall.

                  Just a waste of talent.

There would be better fights in the crowd on that occasion.

"David Haye has great speed and power. When he hits any cruiserweight right, they aren't going to get up. (And) He'll beat any heavyweight to the punch. That's my call.

"Ricky has two or three big fights left in him. He should leave Junior Witter where he is, i was on the cusp of greatness three times but lost fights i was supposed to win three times and didn't need to take any of those fights. i could have gone and fought Michael Nunn, Tommy Hearns and Roy Jones in America instead and broke the bank, and they were all hittable and i could hit.

"That's why Calzaghe needs to go over there (America) now and forget everyone else. He needs a boxer like Bernard Hopkins or Jermain Taylor next or he may well regret it."
