I think he should hang it up. He would be going out as one of the best people's champs of all time. I just shudder at the thought of him being a 39 yr old stepping stone type fighter cuz he can't get out of the ring. I have a feeling though he will never go away. To put my selfishness aside i hope he retires.

i may have forgotten to mention that i figure gatti wins the gomez fight easy. I was referring to Baldomir to be honest....

Wouldnt suprise me in the least if Gomez beats him. I think he should have retired after the Baldomir fight. He looked good at times, but still got hit too much. Hes going to end up sounding like Rid**** Bowe soon enough.

Even Gatti can outbox Gomez and im pretty sure thats exactly what he plans on doing cause if you watch any of Gomez's fights you'll see all he does is plod forward and try and brawl(with no power)
