He had 17 months off, then went into the ring with the recognized heavyweight champion of the world, and made it further than Wlad's last opponent did...

Brewster is an exciting fighter and whether he ever holds a belt again, I want to see him in the ring again

He shouldnt retire, his biggest mistake was trying to take on the #1 ranked HW after being out of the ring for so long he should of had at least 1 warm up fight against someone like Zuri Lawrence. His handlers through him right into the fire instead of easing him back into it.

That's funny. Most Brewster fans (I'm a Brewster fan, but not one of these) were saying that the layoff (well over a year) was good for him, and that he was 110% ready for this fight, and that there was no way he was going to lose. I remember one person who claimed to be in Brewster's camp saying that very thing (some girl, I think).

I think James Toney vs Brewster would be interesting. 2 good chins and one good knockout boxer.

How much did he make in the Klitschko fight? I don't know if he should retire, I think if he comes in form he can still be great to watch...but his reputation has definetly been tarnished because he quit so early in his fight with Klitschko so not sure how many more people would want to pay to see him fight.

I'd love to see him fight Calvin Brock for his next fight.

maybe have him fight a top 15 type guy and see how he does before making a decision like that.

I don't think he should retire. he just made a mistake in fighting Klitschko for his title after being off a year. I think he should work his way back before going after a belt.

precisely. He honestly should've stayed retired last year after suffering a detached retina. This fight was a nice cashout opportunity for him (and his family), so he took it.

Regardless of how much fight he may or may not have in him, I don't think it's worth it for him to find out.
