      Totally agree. That overated, exposed thing happened to lacy after he was schooled by calzaghe. I cant believe people said it about roy when he was ko'd by tarver.

          It's true and that's why we are robbed of so many entertaining fights that make perfect sense. One or both of the fighters doesn't want to be "written off" so they gravitate towards safer fights these days, which is one reason why boxing has been on the slide and UFC is on the rise. Fans get frustrated when fights they want to see aren't made. UFC makes the fights and hammers them right out, but in boxing the negotiations and tune-ups drag it out forever, sometimes so long that the fight doesn't even matter anymore sometimes by the time it's made.
