    why is holyfield still boxing????

    why is he still boxing. hes way past is prime. he has nothing to prove as evryone knows he was a great boxer in his day. i would think hes still extremly ritch and dosnt need the money. and more importantly at his age he could get realy hurt and probly by some one that he would of distroyed in his prime. what do yall think?

    and that is the answer....no matter what anyone else tries to spout about being a warrior or anything like that....while it may be true....its not the real reason...

        He has to pay for all of those kids he fathered with other women while still married to his wife. I bet the child support support for all of those kids are killing his funds.

          He's in good shape financially, doesn't have to work again the rest of his life, neither will any of his children.

          He fights because, like any other man with a warrior attitude, he doesn't believe he's finished, and probably won't until he's dead. Also keep in mind that, while Evander was a genius in the ring, he's not exactly Einstein outside the ring. He'll probably continue to believe he can compete when he's strolling around on a walker.

            Realistically, I think he's going to get himself hurt if he continues to fight. He hasn't been fighting the best comp that would show his age but it's just a matter of time before he gets KO'ed & bad. It would be a shame if he ended up like Meldrick Taylor all because he didn't know when to stop.
