    Donaire winning, hardly an upset...

If y'all knew Donaire and PAC prior to their first big career wins. You wouldn't call Darch getting starched and MAB getting his @ss handed to him in '03 upsets.

My definition of an upset is not someone who is an unknown but had the talent , but someone who didn't have the tools and ended up beating someone w/ loads of ability.

Donaire actually had more tools in his box than "Starched" Darchinyan

It was an upset because I'm 100 percent positive that he was the underdog in the betting purse.

Upset is a term used when referring to a competition, frequently in electoral politics or sports. When an upset occurs, the party popularly expected to win (the favorite) is defeated by an underdog the majority expects to lose.

          so its an upset.

Donaire is probably the best all around fighter, but going into the fight very few had heard of him or watched him fight. Vic was known by many in the boxing community and seemed to be mowing through the FlyWeight division. Then one counter left-hook later it was all over. It was definitely an upset and might be the leader as for upset of the year so far.
