I don't know how you want to rate puncing power. Pounds per square inch would be somebody like Foreman, but damage because of quickness and everything else Tyson, Dempsey, Marciano.

I'm not going to say straight faced that Jackson hit much harder than Tito. It's just not true, Sure he was a huge puncher but you don't have to go very far to watch how Tito's punches sounded like gunshots.
