does the fact that vitali was a world class kickboxer...?

mean he's got a legitimate claim to being the hardest boxer ever?

No, but whatever kickboxing league he was in was serious ****. He still fights out of that stance of a kickboxer.

How could he possibly be harder than Jake Lamotta?

If you use the "Oh he's a heavyweight so he had to deal with HW punches" I'll simply point to the fact he's 6'8 265 pounds.

Lamotta is the "hardest" boxer of all time. He was just some sort of inhuman ****ing tank. You could hit him with a tire iron, and he'd laugh and call you limp wristed.

I'd rate McCall as one of the hardest heavyweights I've seen in recent times.

In his book he talks about how when he was doin work on his house and the roof fell on his head ...and lived!!!

It was cuz he thought he killed someone on the street and took all the pain as penance.

but vitali would beat lamotta in a fight

think theres some misunderstandin by what i mean by 'hardest'. simply mean whod win in a no holds barred street fight, imagine havin to defend vitalis punches only for him to take a step back and kick you in the ****in head!

It's usually only the basic things that work in a streetfight or brawl though. No doubt Vitali is pretty hard; he took a lot of hard punches from lewis and is strong and rugged, but I'd put my money on McCall in the situation you're talking about.
