Do you guys get nervous when your favorite fighter is fighting?

I've seen some people shake and can't even talk when their favorite fighter is fighting, one of my best friends is like that.

Nervous excitement is the word. More for my fave fighter losing or getting seriously hurt.

Maybe he should scream at the top of his lungs like I do when my fave fighter throws a punch.

Lol, my buddy is a casual fan, he's not a diehard fan like me, he's been watching certain boxers for a long time.

I know what your saying sometimes if my favorite fighter is fighting I like watching it by myself because I get nervous. Sometimes if my friends are watching boxing with me they root for the other guy just to give me ****.

hell yea. part of me is actually a bit relieved that I cant watch the brew/wlad fight tonite becuase of work. Im going to be watching the round by round on this site with butterflies in my stomach. just never know with wlad. never a dull moment

For example:

Oscar De La Hoya vs. Floyd

I had money on Oscar and before the fight, during the entrance I was bout to **** myself. I couldn't sit, I had to stand and I was ****in shaking, I couldn't even drink water lol.

then once the bell rang I was bout to pass out. and Floyd was landin jabs and hooks that first round I started to get very angry. I was ****in screamin at Oscar and ****, then the rounds progressed and Oscar was gettin flurries in but wouldnt finish. I was ****in nervous as hell cuz I noticed Oscar was not performing at 100% and I was pissed and ****.

when the fight was over I didn't kno what to think ,I was nervous as ****.

I had alot riding on this fight. then the first decision was 116-112 Oscar and I felt relieved...then they said 115-113 Floyd and then they said 116-112 and I was ready to jump and down, but nervous at the same time...then they said "And NEEWWW...." and the camera zoomed on Floyd and I froze.

I was frozen for a good 2-3 minutes, just watching him hold up his 6 belts...then I said somethin like "I lost. Oscar lost. I ****in...lost. That's it, it's over..."

I was in shock. Then I immediately protested that ****...anyways I had to pay up and **** :-/


during the Cotto and Judah fight I was nervous cuz I wanted Cotto to win but I didnt have money on it so I was not ****tin myself lol

Yes, I get quite nervous. Walkdown and first round can be quite gruelling.
