I had the first fight close, but after watching it again on the UK call instead of HBO,i had Hopkins winning,i watched close,he was using his counter lefts very good,Jermain was missing alot of shots but feeding to the crowed,i had Hopkins winning the first fight 115-113,i also had him winning the 2nd fight,he landed the important shots
The Wright fight it seemed Wright wanted it more then Jermain, and could have easily been a Wright win,but Jermain got it again
The Spinks fight was close, and it shouldent have been,a blown up Jr Welterweight vs a 6'1 natural huge middleweight,Spinks should have been KO'd,win/lose or draw,it shouldent have been that close
I thought he lost the first Hopkins fight and the Winky fight.
I feel if Winky hadn't taken his foot off the gas in the last round, he would've won it. He was too complacent and I feel it was the last round which earned Taylor the draw to be honest.
There's an option for " None", but not one for "All"?
Watching them as they happened, I had the 1st Hopkins fight a draw, and Taylor losing the rematch, Wright and Spinks.
Watching replays, the Hopkins rematch and Spinks fight could've went either way, but there's no way in hell he won the Wright or 1st Hopkins fight - especially the Wright fight.
Honestly, Taylor has to be (or at least among) the most disputed undisputed champion in boxing history.
Any person who voted for the Hopkins first fight and the Spinks fight needs to get some eye glasses ASAP, there is no way Taylor lost these 2 fights, it wasn't even close, I had both Hopkins and Spinks winning only 3 rounds.
The Wright fight could've gone either way and I could see someone giving it to Wright or Taylor.
I'm sorry, but having him lose to Spinks is just ludicrous. Spinks maybe won 4 rounds. Maybe.
The Hopkins fight, I understand how non-boxing fans scored it for Hopkins. Hopkins lost 7 of the first 8 rounds, comes on strong to take the last 4, does the only damage of the fight, so obviously he looks like the winner because he finished strong and actually landed big shots. BUT HE LOST ROUNDS. I could see how UFC fans scored this for Hopkins, and I know we have a lot of them on here now, so that's not too surprising.
The Wright fight was the closest of all. I was ok with the draw, but if either guy won it, it was Taylor.
