Calzaghe vs Kessler who will win

IT now seems almost certain Joe Calzaghe will fight Mikkel Kessler on November 3 in Cardiff — and the fight will smash all British box office records.

I’ve just got a few loose ends to tie up — including some with Joe — but all the major obstacles have now been overcome.

Most importantly of all, I’ve agreed terms with Kessler’s team, who are happy to come to the UK.

The fight will probably be held at the Millennium Stadium, where we got a crowd of 35,000 for Calzaghe’s WBO super-middleweight title defence in April against Peter Manfredo Jr.

With Kessler bringing his WBA and WBC titles to the party, I expect at least 60,000 to be in attendance. As a result, both fighters will be getting career-high purses

I personally believe calzaghe will make kessler look silly and either ko him late or get a very wide ud agaisnt kessler.
      calzaghe will win.

        calzaghe will win.

who has joe ko´ed in recent times..? if he had beaten the majority of his lates opponents by ko, then you could debate it, but your argument isnt supported by any evidence that would suggest a ko..

if the fight is in wales, joe is the favorit, cause in my opinion this will go 12 rounds.. everybody knows that the challenger must TAKE the titel away from the champ, plus joe has homefield advantage.. for kess to win he at least has to win 8-4 in rounds otherwise im afraid of the decisin.. 7-5 would probably not cut ith when fighting away.. ill give joe a slight edge and favour him 55-45 based on fighting in his backyard.. but this is not going to be easy, not for joe and not for mikkel..

had it been in denmark i would make kessler favorite , this would also be the case if it was neutral ground.. but you cant neglect the fact, that homefirld advantage could be a deciding factor, especially as i believ it will be close..

in the end, no matter what the outsone would be, you have to give the fighters te respect credit, how often in modern boxing do we get a UNDISPUTED champ.. respect to them both for wanting to deciding whos the best.. i hope it will be mikkel, but if joe does win, all resoect to him

Kessler will school him, and without Amir Khan on the undercard and a 15-fight undercard there won't be more than 5,000 people there

I really think Calzaghe will dominate this fight and win by a wide UD.
