The corners are usually clueless as well
I meant to say "can be just as clueless" when that happens

      Time to go on record!

      Who wins this?

      Make your arguments.
Mayweather has never faced an all out assault like Hatton would bring. Castillo was much smaller, and DLH was not the least effective(never been his style anyway) Mayweather has never faced a body attack like Hatton will bring either. I said it in an earlier thread-It's a pickem fight and this poll is supporting that so far!

I'm glad someone appreciated it amidst the bickering in this thread.

Though in all seriousness there is a drugs culture in American sport that isn't around (or accepted) to the same extent in some other parts of the world.

all this stuff about hatton being a clueless hugger slugger is ****in crap. hes a clever boy who'll realise this tactic could result in him gettin picked off. its only really the last 2 fights he's been criticised for hugging, the first only in the later rounds cos he tired after an illness disrupted training camp and in the second because the tactic clearly worked, who thought hed smash castillo to bits in 4 rounds?

its not a given that he'll use the same tactics against pbf and even the pbf fans got to admit if hatton hits him with a shot like castillo its game over, whereas i dont think pretty boys got the power for a one punch stoppage. if he stops hatton itll be on cuts

I don't think anyone is ****** enough to suggest that Hatton can match Mayweather in the skills department because he cant but there are many on here who just find it hard to swallow that Hatton could given the right circumstances beat Mayweather.

Hypothetically, what if Floyd decides that Hatton is a easy nights work and doesn't prepare in the right way?

What if Floyd decides to get involved in a war with Hatton?

Hatton hits hard and will always have a punchers chance of catching Mayweather especially to the body so......

I am honest and I think if Mayweather prepares correctly and fights his sort of fight then there should be only one winner but boxing is not like that, one shot, one cut, a poor training regime an injury or anything can swing the outcome of a fight and those on here who think that Floyd will dance around and pepper Hatton and that Hatton will just follow your plan for the fight until he falls over are naive and foolish.

Mayweather would be the obvious favourite but Hatton has a fair chance of winning also.

i agree wid you there but i cant see mayweather taking hatton lightly but as i have said before never rule hatton out as long as he can still stand up the fight will not be over and hatton wont give up easily.

I'm compelled to agree on nearly all accounts.
