In the tunnel before he comes out against Drago, Paulie says if he could be one guy it would be Rocky, and then when he gets in the ring, PAulie says "Hey Rock remember when I said I wanted to be you,,,, forget it."

It might be exactly right but it is pretty close to what he said.
