I would say no, you have American fighters that are exciting, I mean come on who was more exciting to watch than Tyson?..or Hearns, Leonard, Hagler, Holyfield, Jones in his prime before he moved to light heavy, Meldrick Taylor, Terry Norris, there were plenty of offensive exciting American fighters. American fighters by far have produced the best as far as boxing.

I dont think so!!! IMO there are boring fighters everywhere in the world!!! It depends on what you think is boring!!! some people like knock out punchers (Tyson) and some like to see a skilled boxer (RJJ) some like to see fighters hugging (Hatton, Ruiz)!!!
