William Dettloff: "Cotto beats Mosley!" (?)

Apparently, writer for Ring Magazine Bill Dettloff thinks that Miguel Cotto can beat Shane Mosley.

He wrote an article addressed to "Cotto's Non-Believers" letting everyone know he thinks anyone who understimates Mr. Cotto is a tard.

I'm not sure where this statement is but -

    There's a reference here:

Interesting.. Popular opinion doesn't seem to agree.

    Not that it has too..

Will Miguel Cotto be the next superstar of Boxing?

    The rumblings are there..

No wonder no one reads your ****** column. You were probably one of the people saying Bernard Hopkins is too old, too small to beat Antonio Tarver. Guess you were never a fan of Pernell Whitaker or Winky Wright. Your column is baseless. You’re out of your mind if you think Miguel Cotto beats Shane Mosley. After this article you can go back to your real job, cleaning up the Mandalay Bay arena ... oh wait, those guys know more about boxing than you. —Lance

    Lance,
Was that your gum stuck under the seat in section 104, row F, seat 111? For the record, I picked Hopkins to beat Tarver, I (incorrectly) predicted Wright over Jermain Taylor, and think Whitaker is among the top five lightweights ever.

E you always add something special to the convo

I think Cotto is one of the few guys who has what it takes to beat MAyweather.

Great jab, great body punching, punishing combination punching. it all comes down to how well he could execute these skills against Mayweather.

I would favor Shane but not count Cotto out he is very good and cutting of the ring and is a wicked body puncher which might slow Mosley down. WIth all that in mind i still would slightly favor SSM.

the guy obviously knows what he's talking about. mosley's too old to compete w/ a younger lion, which in this case would be embodied by cotto. cotto would be kostya to mosley's jcc.

I'd pick Shane but not by a landslide, maybe give him a 60/40 chance of winning. Cotto's not perfect but he's relentless.
