I'm going to lean towards Mijares. He boxes beautifully and almost non-stop. That jab has some pop to it. What he did to Arce was what matadors do to raging bulls.

hmmm i will pick Mijares to win against Vic...

Vic has problems with opponents who know how to box. And Mijares is an exceptional boxer with really nice combinations.
