    Andy Lee?? Ranking

Why is Andy Lee ranked 73 out of over 900 guys in the middleweight division with only 9 fights. Is it because of his trainers name. Is this actually Emanual's ranking? LOL. All politics. The guy has 9 fights c'mon!

    ranked by who?

you must know a lot about the top 100 middleweights in the world to be able to dispute his position.

its not so uncommon to be ranked in the top ten with 14 or 15 fights more if you are undefeated.

Because he recently knocked out a high quality opponent.

Edit: not his last fight but the one before that, the former Hopkins opponent whose name escapes me right now

Have you seen the guy fight? He is the real deal. Anything but a World Championship would be a disappointment.

The opponent I think is Carl Daniels. I mean he KHTFO. With a great short right that put him out cold and Andy is a southpaw. I don't think he is getting ranked that high because Steward is his trainer, it's because he's good. Plus I saw those rankings on boxrec and there was a couple of guys with 9-0 records that were ranked ahead of him.

This guy is using boxrec for his rating system.

For sure when you watch him fight he seems in control and relaxed. I mean that could change when he faces really good competition, but I see him definitely being a World champ in his career.

I've seen him fight as an amateur twice. He was really really good. Working with Manny Stewart, I would think he has every possibility of developing into a world class pro.

Oh, and should a 1-46 fighter be ranked ahead of him, just because he has more fights? I think not.
