Hatton KOed a guy who has never been knocked down before... From what I remember, all his TKO losses came from him being out on his feet, or cuts and he never fell on the canvas.. (I might be wrong)
Anyhow.. this was a very physical fight... they both have vowed not to take a step back, and thus it turned into a wrestling mach shoving each other backwards.. Hatton had to impose his physical strengths to beat Castillo into submission.
It was a good strategy and it worked.
Would I have rather seen a brawl for 12 rounds in the middle of the ring? Without a doubt.. But Hatton had a game plan and it was well executed.
