You're not serious right? What is the IBO Jr. WW belt? It's worth nothing WW has all the stars, it's the premier division in ALL of boxing. Why would Floyd take a step back against someone who called him out? Floyd has no problem fighting the much bigger De La Hoya at 154 lbs. Ricky needs to grow some balls and do the same. He is the challenger he won't get any concessions, that's just the way it is and how it's going to go down, accept it.
