Exactly. Plus, another good thing about this fight, is the fact it's a unification fight, which means we'll be half way there of having one heavywieght champion.

      I think Ibragimov will win.

        Should be explosive.

These two guys deserve a lot of respect, putting their titles and undefeated records on the line right away. They are indeed underrated, and they're much more exciting to watch than several titleholders we've had in recent years such as Briggs, Valuev, and Ruiz.

LOL, you think two counterpunching lefties matched together will make an explosive fight?

Ibragimov will try to be the agressor until Chagaev starts chopping him down with the jab. They'll both be more interesting than either were in their title-winning fights. They were forced to counterpunch against taller guys.

Uhmm, no. They are both counter punchers who been counter punchers all through out their amateur career. Yeah, both were rather agressive in their earlier career against the lesser opposition, but when the opposition level raised, their aggresiveness lever fell. You are forgetting that Iggy has a very shaky chin at best, and is now rather timid and prefers to box away instead of going agressive, since he knows Chagaev can punch. Chagaev won't be very agressive either, since iggy is the more explosive puncher of the two and it is against' Chagaev's nature to be too agressive.

I predict a very tactical fight with Chagaev getting the UD.

Keep things simple-sure they are lefties but they are lefties who are going to both be given the opportunity to fight against a champ their own size, which is a rarity for both men.

If one of them feels they are the stronger fighter (they may both feel that) then I believe we will see some fireworks.

On paper it is a very interesting matchup and an even one at that-why cant two southpaws throw caution to the wind?
