I applaud this post. Let it be clear. Hatton has nothing over Mayweather. He needs to add Mayweather's name to his resume and not the other way around.



As for PPV, it is important and Floyd has the second highest PPV numbers behind DLH. It's not everything but it is important. No matter which of them packs the place in this ficticious bout, Floyd will still make the most money.

Drawing power is about having fans pay to watch u fight. Hatton clearly proved he can pack any U.S arena. For someone who has only had 3 fights on U.S soil, that aint bad. While Floyd may be the most highly skilled fighter out right now, his stock has gone down with his performances against Baldomir and Oscar.

No, Mayweather does not deserve an equal purse. Hatton has a better record with 43 wins compared to Mayweather's 38, and has more KOs with 31. Mayweather has fought older boxers than Hatton, such Baldomir and De La Hoya, and has built his record by avoiding prime fighters like Cotto.

Hatton is a more exciting fighter and a bigger draw. He should receive 60%, PBF 40%.

And technical_skill - I congratulated you on an excellent thread the other day, but you're being stubborn here. It's an offer, and its more concrete than anything I've heard from Mayweather's trashtalking camp.

I'm sure PBF could get more than $10mil for a UK fight. It would be huge over here, I'm not sure what Juy is smoking but Hatton is pretty much a household name, and more importantly for this, he will get 60,000+ to attend at wembley or equivalent. Could they get that in the US?
