Celebrated trainer Freddie Roach says WBO Asia Pacific lightweight champion Czar Amonsot has a “very good shot” against WBO champion Michael Katsidis of Australia on the undercard of the big Golden Boy Promotions fight card featuring Bernard “The Executioner” Hopkins against Winky Wright at the Mandalay Bay Resort Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on July 21.

I really like Fredie, but I don't think so on this one. I don't care if the guy had problems before that fight, a 1st Round KO is a 1st Round KO and never looks good on your record. Especially since Katsidis is very heavy handed.

Good to talk up your fighter & give him some confidence, but doubt this one goes past 5.
Hopefully Katsidas will get a decent workout doing it.

katsidis will destory amonsot. from what i heard amonsot is a very last minute appointment in place of a much better fighter. katsidis will get some more rounds under his belt and move closer to a definite FOTY with juan diaz.
