One year and two months ago Yusaf Mack was 22-0 and on the verge of his first title shot (IBF Super Middleweight) when he was knocked out by Alejandro Berrio on ESPN, and humiliated in the process. (Berrio, realizing he was the stronger fighter that night, planted a kiss on Mack's forehead just seconds before sending him to the canvas.) Every fighter's first loss is tough, especially when it comes by knockout and in such a humiliating fashion. Mack makes his return to the ring tonight on Wednesday Night Fights. He's a Philly kid so I'm rooting for him.
