I wouldn't be surprised if he went head hunting against Collazo because of the Maussa Ko. I mean Maussa had never been stopped before ( apart from the Cotto fight, but that was a TKO ) and Hatton knocked him spark out.

Yeah, that and the early KD.

I had the Maussa stoppage down as his best one-shotter but I can't decide if Saturday's stolen it's crown yet.

I'd go for the Castillo one myself.

Everybody, with half a brain at least, was calling it one of the best body shot knockouts they had ever witnessed and rightly so.

Two great body punchers, ill go with Cotto, the guy dislocated someone's arms from blocked body punching alone, he is the best i have seen of late.

I counted a good 36 punches to the body ( Including the KO ) Hatton threw a whole lot more but none landed clean enough.

Incidentally, Hatton did his least work to the body in the 3rd round and that was easily Castillo's best round.

I believe Cotto is the harder puncher to the body. Cotto just has wrecking balls in those gloves. Its hard to visually see what damage his body shots are doing but if the faces of his opponents is any indication then its pretty damn bad.

Cotto stopped Branco with body shots that were caught on the arm. A weight drained Cotto took away Maligaggi's legs and had him hanging on to finish the fight. Cotto's body attack had Quintana's ribs looking crazy, even a few days after the fight (there was a picture previously posted).

Without doubt Cotto is the stronger man, but Hatton has so many bodyshot knockdowns on his resume. I also think Hatton's technique and accuracy is better.

                    Therefore.... it's Hatton...

(remember we are talking about bodypunching, not dislocating some bums arm)

I'll go with Cotto based on that fight alone!
