I daresay Mayweather's team asked for 30 million to fight Oscar, and Oscar's team negotiated with Mayweather's for the split they achieved.

Nope, thats not what happened, mayweather had to agree to EVERYTHING just to get de la hoya to sign the deal, de la hoya wasnt willing to do the fight unless he got everything his own way, the split, the venue, the date, the gloves, the ring.

Mayweather STILL done the deal, team mayweather makes fights happen, its a fact guys.

Ricky is good, and an entertaining fun fighter to watch and root for, but come on now PBF is way too smart/experienced/skilled/fast/advanced for Ricky.

I see PBF winning by UD or late stoppage on CUTS!!!!!!!!
You're right. A close fought loss against the P4P best in the world would be HUMILIATING.

          Idiot.

When Calzaghe challenged Taylor, Taylor asked for something like $15m first of all...that is called the start of a negotiation. If you refuse to budge from it...then its pricing yourself out.

Lets get things in to perspective here.

PBF and Hatton are 2 completly different fighters.
PBF is a boxer he moves he jabs he throws combinations all with no power but they are technically good and score lots of points which is what boxing is all about.
Hatton is a Brawler which is why the mexicans love him as much as us brits and his punches cause serious damage, they may not be as good technicaly but they knock people out.

If PBF adopts the same tactics he did against oscar which we know he will then hell win on UD if he really is that mad and is listening to everything Hatton is saying about him and decides to try and prove everyone worng and go toe for toe then he will I repeat will get knocked out.

On punching power Hatton has the killer punch, they wired him up to the punching machine a few weeks back to measure force and speed etc.
First punch Hatton Broke the machine. After riggin up another bag with new sensors Hatton hit the target with an instantaneous force of 400kg (882lb) - approaching half a US ton.

Mayweather never has and never will posess that power the only means he has to beat hatton is to outbox him.

I dont think this fight will porve anything appart from making people money we all know who is better technically but toe to toe Hatton gets my vote.

2 different fighters 2 different styles = Boring fight.

And hatton obviously didnt budge or the fight wouldnt have happened.

Hatton's game plan to get out of the fight would be to ask for ot at 140, or demand it happens in manchester, and floyd has stated he will never go in there,

He says he doesnt trust the ref and that hatton might body slam him or hit him with a chair shot, lol

                He actually said that btw.

I dont think thats necessarily the case.

I think that its more likely Mayweather's people said "**** that", didnt make a counter offer and moved onto someone easier with less ridiculous demands.

A bit of both. I cant hate him because of the entertainment he provided me with over the years. But on the other hand, I cant ever like him for the way he went out.
