Of course i would respect him more if he came out of retirement to box Hatton. And if he fought Mosely afterwards it would be the icing on the cake because he needs to beat Mosely who beat DLH x2 times.

I would respect him but not as an all time great, just one of our era's best.

he will get my respect, but i still feel he has to fight mosley and cotto if he wants to live up to the greatest of all time name because he hasn't prove he is yet.

if he fights hatton it should be a catchweight fight.. 143 or 144, flip a coin...

on the other hand, if cotto were gonna fight floyd itd be in his best interest to do it at 154 where floyd is champ cause hed make much better use of those 7 pounds than floyd would

floyd will get himself the oscar de la hoya options against anybody at this point

Real challengers like Margarito? The guy has 4 losses on his ****ing record already, get real. Mosley I can see because he was the top pound-for-pound fighter in the sport in his day and is still competitive, Cotto and Hatton I can also see being undefeated power punchers with a large fan base.....But Margarito?

                  Are you serious?

Hatton weighs 168 pounds + outside the ring, he is a much bigger guy than floyd, no catchweight, hatton becomes a man and comes up 147, lol.

Sure it will, Hatton gets fat in between fights! When he retires and has no career to maintain he will look like Roberto Duran.
