Cotto is in line for Margarito/Williams winner. It's virtually a done deal. Therefore, i'd say Shane Mosley in the USA... or Malignaggi in a homecoming fight in the UK.

I would like to see him fight Malinaggi next if the Mayweather fight doesn't happen. Williams and Margarito would be to big and long for him and Cotto already has some fights in the future and Mosely seems to want to fight Cotto or Mayweather. Then with Witter and Harris waiting for their fight to come through. Malinaggi seems like the best choice. He could present some problems for Hatton, but Hatton's physical style IMO would be the difference and I could see him winning by KO or UD.

I voted for Cotto but Cotto is already signed against the winner of Williams - Marge, so his best option realistically is Paulie malignaggi.

Malinaggi, I dont think Hatton has anything at 147 due to size reasons.

I voted Cotto simply because of the intense action and crazy atmosphere the fight would bring, Britan vs. Puerto Rico so to speak. However I know Cotto is signed already to fight the winner of Margarito/Williams so since Hatton/Cotto couldn't happen this year, I'd go with Malignaggi.
