    Too much hate?

It's no surprise to anybody who frequents these message board that hate flows freely around these parts. Some fighters get more hate than others but I think most all fights seem to have a "hatecrew" that follows their every step in anticipation of their next move/fight in order to proclaim vile hatred upon said fighters. You name a current fighter and I'll bet you anything, people here hate him.

Mayweather - Boring, afraid to fight, hasn't beat anybody good.

Hatton - Hugs too much, has a ****ty style, hasn't beat anybody good.

Cotto - Wild, reckless, gets hit too many times.

    Taylor - Boring, protected, uninspiring.

Hopkins - Old, dirty fighter, not as good as Roy Jones.

Winky Wright - Too technical, doesn't please the crowd, can't knock a guy out.

Margarito - Hasn't beaten anybody good, paper champion, overrated.

Pacquiao - Can only hit with one hand, only fights shot fighters, exposed by Marquez.

De La Hoya - Failed in every one of his biggest fights, took a dive against Hopkins, schooled by Floyd.

The list goes on and on, I could list fighters and the bull**** excuses users here use to demean their performances all night long. The bottom line is this : Styles make fights, every fighter out there has a particular style suited to their physical attributes. Some prefer to smother you and make a physical fight out of it, others prefer to box from the outside and use their technical ability to edge out a decisive win.

It's unexcusable to me for any so called "fan" of boxing, to hate on a fellow boxer. At the end of the day, whatever fighter you hate most is still more of a man than you if nothing more than, simply the fact that they have the balls to get in the ring.

    (end rant)

Everything you have said here is spot on. Most of the guys on this forum are great, but there's the odd remedial who ruins it for everyone. Anyone else in favour of mandatory IQ tests for internet use?

That would eliminate nearly 60 percent of all internet users and completely cripple the ******* member database.......

            I agree.

I think its fine to have favorite boxers, we all do. It’s also fun to debate who would beat who and why. But to go so far as say that the other boxer is “garbage” is just ignorant. Like their styles or not, all the boxers listed here are accomplished boxers and I have a lot of respect for all of them.

I.E.- 90% of the scene's member database. Eliminate the rabid Brits, Mexicans, Pinoys and American eliteists and the only people left will be like, 4 guys and Big Poppa Pump, to keep track of those openminded non-nonsensical little ****s.
