    If there so crap

Here haters..... if Ricky Hatton and Floyd Mayweather are so crap then why do they have unblemished records?? Why have they never been beat??

Some say Floyd Mayweathers only fought bums... Gatti, Corrales, De La Hoya etc..

Some say Ricky Hatton cheats... he's never been dq'd..

So give me reasons why you hate them. I know some of you will say that Floyd Mayweather talks too much and thats why you hate him but surely theres more reason to it??

See this is what makes me sad. I have grievances with Floyd's opposition since lightweight (minus DLH). It disappoints me that I haven't seen Floyd truly tested in the last few years. DLH was a step in the right direction though.
Couple this to his new persona and it frustrates me.
But this is the point. I am annoyed because I want him to be great.
          I certainly don't hate him.
Hatton is OK. I reckon he is a nice guy with a strong work ethic. He's not brilliant.
          I certainly don't love him.
I cannot bear this black and white, simplistic hate and idolatry. It's childlike.
In fact even children know better.

I hate mayweather because he claims to try for KO's but doesnt even when its clear that he can, therefore showing a lack of effort and passion for the sport, and also for claiming he's the greatest of all time while seemingly TRYING to make that statement look ****** by his early retirement.

Dont hate hatton, at least he punches while clinching so its like an MMA fight . Any red-blooded American with a shred of class I will root for over him though.

So true. I think all american fans particularly want to like floyd because he's hilarious and has incredible skills which in theory would be GOOD for boxing. He has the Ali thing going on basically. The problem is his fighting style has morphed into something based more on fear of getting hit rather than awesome defense with a goal of doing as much damage as possible like he used to be. No, the 154 weight class is not the reason for this, he could do damage with combination punching to most fighters. If he throws pitty-pats against Jermain Taylor, I'll stop complaining.
