    Hatton a free agent now

His contract with Banner Promotions and Fight Academy is done. COnsidering his close friendship with Barrera and De La Hoya phoning Hatton after the fight, could Hatton be tempted to join Golden Boy Promotions?

Yeah definitly in Hattons autobiography he says he was 95 per cent certain on signing with De La Hoya after leaving Warren, I think he opted for Hobson because Hobson offered him more money but I think he'll make more money signing with De La Hoya now then he could any other promotor.

I think he will join Golden Boy, but man he should be pissed at HBO coverage of his fight vs Castillo, talk about downplaying a fighter your suppose to be promoting...

I think he definatly will but will it be for his next fight? Im sure that if he fights Floyd then Mayweather will tell him that they can just set the terms on there own and leave Oscar out of the cut. Why pay him if you dont have to?

Hatton's not a businessman, he would rather be coaching than organising, don't think has the time and money, De La Hoya has thats why he got away with it.

Hattons should sign with someone else if this is true.

They have done nothing to promote Hatton in the States and he will be better off with Oscar.

he probably could for his fights in ENGLAND. I think that would be a great idea because he could keep the 30% or whatever it is that fighter's tend to get ****d on for himself.

But for the States, he needs to sign with somebody like O$car.

Hatton should setup his own promotion company anyway to help fighters from England.

what about Ray Robinson and Ray Leonard?

I may be wrong, but I think Lennox promoted himself as well as the Klits right now.
