Both are making a living and a legend off of "All time Greats" that are SHOT, although Marciano really had no choice since he fought whoever was there *although I wonder how he would of done if he stuck around to fight Patterson, maybe even Liston but he would of probably been to old by then, while Hatton could be fighting Cotto, Shane Mosley (who is although not the same fighter, is still much better than Castillo and probably even the Tszyu that fought Hatton), and maybe a few others at 147, although I will not hold him to any fighter that could not have made 140 in their career.
I have a lot of respect for pro fighters, but that does not mean I can not critique them, after all, if we do not how do we determine who is or may be better.
After all, it is Hatton who talks **** about Mayweather, yet refused to fight him. Mayweather might talk ****, but at least he tried to make fights happen and fought whoever wanted to fight him at the time he wanted to fight, although maybe I am over-looking somebody.
It is time for Hatton to step up or it is his legacy, not Mayweather's that is to suffer.
And for the record, I do not think Mayweather is unbeatable and is a bit overrated in terms of "All time Great" status after he left the 130's.
